Pale green/yellow in the glass. The aromas have sweet floral notes with lemon peel and torn basil. A bone dry, chalky palate that is mouthwatering and wonderfully fresh. There is some over an above texture compared to your regular South Australian dry Riesling. A very enjoyable dry white. A$22/bottle
