Light shiny gold in the glass. Lychees and cream on the nose. This Sparkling is bone dry made with 100% Chardonnay from Mt Barker. There is quite a nice balance of ripe fruit (peach and nectarine) across some lemony acidity on the finish. A$25/bottle.
