Pale green yellow in the glass. The nose is very restrained with chalk and grapefruit leading the way. The palate follows the nose, very tightly wound with Alsace style written all over the shape. Age will build weight but this wine is extremely elegant currently. Would be a nice Gris to see in 5 years. A$30/bottle
