Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut NV - Epernay, France
Pale golden with shiny bright yellow. The nose starts of fruity with lychee and custard then leans towards bakery aromas. The palate reveals burnt toast (in a good way!) with very fine acidity with a lemony drive. Very nice! A$99.99/bottle
