Vivid purple with inky red tones. Some syrupy chocolate and jammy aromas with underlying spices including cinnamon and star anise. The palate starts out soft and fleshy but some tart acidity brings it back together for the finish. A very cleverly blended wine of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre and Carignan.
