Extremely pale with a hint of lemon yellow. Wonderful aromatic nose of fresh flower, kaffir lime juice and some chalkiness. The palate has wonderful minerally edges with juicy ripe limes and green apple. With such fruit intensity it handles the acid backbone and is immediately drinkable.
