Glowing gold with pale green in the glass. The nose leads with bright peach, glazed fig and a dollop of cream from lees contact. This Chardonnay has wonderful balance, concentration and finish. The first, Chablis I have tried from the 2009 vintage and this is of high standard and commendable value. Certainly not one of the flashy producers of Chablis but worth seeking out this wine for the purity and style at such a great price. A$29.99/bottle
